These Terms of Service govern your use of the Envisioning Tomorrow Toolkit platform, operated by [Y]our 2040. By signing up or making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Envisioning Tomorrow Toolkit provides process guides, digital assets, templates and supporting materials for running futures and civic visioning workshops. Free accounts receive access to sample assets. Paid accounts receive full access to all materials, templates and videos upon a single purchase.
All purchases are final. Because the toolkit provides immediate access to digital materials, we do not offer refunds once assets have been accessed. If you experience a technical issue that prevents access, contact us at envisioningtomorrow@your2040.com and we will work to resolve it.
Toolkit materials are licensed for your personal and organizational use. You may use them to run workshops with your community, city, organization or team. You may not resell, redistribute or republish the materials, in whole or in part, without written permission from [Y]our 2040.
When you upload session outputs through the platform, you retain ownership of that content. By uploading, you grant [Y]our 2040 a nonexclusive right to use anonymized or aggregated insights from submitted outputs for research and impact reporting purposes. We will never share identifiable content without your consent.
[Y]our 2040 provides the toolkit in good faith but makes no guarantees about specific outcomes from its use. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the toolkit or platform.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Zürich, Switzerland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
